Our Story

A Better Rollback Since 1989.

Dual-Tech started with someone who worked in the car carrier business every day and knew what needed fixing. In 1989 that became a better 2-car rollback, and it became the start of the company.

Since then we've moved from Florida to the hills of East Tennessee and added self-loading wreckers. We've also shipped trucks to Canada, South America, Europe and the Caribbean. One thing hasn't changed: Dual-Tech is still family owned and operated, and every truck is still built stronger than it has to be.

How It's Built

From Steel to Street

Step 01

Fabricate

Every QUAD RAIL sub-frame, deck and wheel lift is fabricated in East Tennessee. No shortcuts.

Step 02

Assemble

The deck meets your chassis. Hydraulics, winch, lights and controls go on in our assembly shop.

Step 03

Deliver

The people who build your truck are the same people who answer the phone when you need a part. Many customers pick theirs up right here in Bean Station.
